The Downstairs Room(s). Room(s) (Taken). The bottom floor of the house has one large, very secluded bedroom with an open half-bedroom next to it, perfect for a couple. The half-bedroom is great for a futon and an extra guest from time to time or as some office space. There are two bathrooms downstairs, one with a shower very near the main bedroom and one without connected to the living area.
The room is a somewhat less fancy feeling than those upstairs so whoever rents it gets both it and the adjoining half-bedroom.
The half-bedroom is also pretty good if you want to split rent with somebody else.
